Commitment to Product Safety & Consistency

Quality control is integrated into every stage of our manufacturing process. From raw material inspection to final shipment, we implement structured procedures to ensure product safety, structural reliability, and compliance with international standards for baby furniture and ride-on toys.

Quality Control Workflow

Quality inspections are conducted at every critical stage before products are released for shipment.

Quality inspections are conducted at every critical stage before products are released for shipment.

1. Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

All raw materials and components are inspected before entering production.

  Inspection items typically include:

  1. Visual quality verification
  2. Dimensional measurement
  3. Material strength inspection
  4. Material specification confirmation

Non-conforming materials are clearly identified and isolated according to internal control procedures.

  2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

During production, dedicated quality inspectors monitor key processes to ensure consistency and compliance with approved specifications.

Controlled processes may include:

  1. Structural assembly
  2. Welding and fastening strength
  3. Surface finishing and painting
  4. Functional mechanism checks
  5. Safety-related components

Routine inspections help prevent defects and maintain stable production quality.

  3. Final Quality Control (FQC)

Before shipment, finished products undergo final inspection based on approved samples and defined quality standards.

Inspection scope includes:

  1. Appearance and workmanship
  2. Structural stability and safety
  3. Load-bearing performance
  4. Functionality testing
  5. Packaging accuracy and labeling verification

Only products that meet quality requirements are approved for shipment.

  4. Shipment Release Control

Before dispatch, packaging integrity and shipping marks are verified to ensure compliance with client requirements and export standards. Approved goods are released according to documented inspection records.

  Product Testing & Safety Verification

For baby furniture and ride-on toys, safety and durability are essential.

Products are tested for:

Structural stability

Static and dynamic load testing

Impact resistance

Durability performance

Testing can be conducted according to applicable standards such as:

  • EN 71

  • ASTM F963

  • CPSIA

  • 3C

Third-party laboratory testing can be arranged upon request.

  Traceability & Quality Documentation

Production batches are recorded and documented to support traceability.

Quality documentation may include:

  1. Incoming inspection records
  2. In-process inspection reports
  3. Final inspection reports
  4. Testing reports

Our quality management practices operate in accordance with the principles of ISO 9001 to support standardized procedures and continuous improvement.

   Continuous Improvement

We regularly review production performance, inspection results, and client feedback to improve process stability and reduce potential risks.   Quality management is not only inspection-based, but process-driven.

Through structured inspections and standardized procedures, we aim to deliver safe, compliant, and reliable products to global markets.
